There is a hyperbaric chamber in the clinic.
Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy is administered in the hyperbaric chamber. It is a non-invasive method based on the delivery of high doses of oxygen at pressures higher than atmospheric. Elevated pressure causes hyperoxia, which allows oxygen to reach all tissues of the body, including those with impaired function. The therapeutic effect of hypoxia depends on the dose of oxygen. It is a non-invasive and gentle therapy with no side effects.
Hyperbaric oxygenation therapy in neurology is used in Parkinson's disease, after strokes, in multiple sclerosis, migraine, neuropathy, after head injuries and brain fog syndrome after COVID-19. In pediatric neurology it is used for cerebral palsy, autism, developmental disorders, intoxication and trauma.
The frequency of therapeutic sessions is 2 to 6 times per week, according to medical indications.
