Graduated from the Medical University - Sofia in 2010. She obtained his specialty in Pediatric Neurology in 2017. In 2016, she obtained the scientific and educational degree "doctor" after defending a dissertation on the topic "Idiopathic pediatric focal epilepsies".
She has a postgraduate qualification in Electroencephalography (EEG).
From 2011 to the present Assoc. Prof. Alexandrova works as a pediatric neurologist at the Clinic for Nervous Diseases for Children at the St. Naum University Hospital.
From 2013 to 2017, she was an assistant physician, from 2017 to 2024 - chief assistant.
From 2024 - associate professor of neurology at the Department of Neurology of the Medical University - Sofia based at the Clinic for Nervous Diseases for Children, St. Naum University Hospital.
She has participated in numerous national and international congresses and conferences in neurology and pediatric neurology, as well as in training courses in pediatric neurology.
She is the author and co-author of about 100 articles, 30 oral presentations and 150 posters in the field of pediatric neurology.
